July 2010 K.A.G. To whom it may concern. This is to state that Kimbrough Media Group, Inc. charged our VISA credit card ending #9602 in May of 2008 for the total amount of $10,000 (once on the 5th of May 2008 and once on the 13th of May 2008). As of today, Kimbrough Media Group, Inc. provided us with 1 video clip out of 10 promised, as stated in the agreement attached. We are still waiting for 9 video clips to be delivered. Sincerely, Yuri L. ************************************************************* While president of a local chapter (Power Group 100) of an international business networking organization (Business Networking International or BNI) from Sept. 2007 to Oct. 2008, I was compelled to revoke Mr. Steven Kimbrough's membership due to multiple ethical violations. If more detailed information is needed I may be contacted at (562) 490-0400 Sincerely, Glenn H. ************************************************************* This letter is in regards to your inquiry regarding Mr. Kimbrough during his membership in Power Group 100, a business networking chapter of SoCal BNI. In 2007 I became the Secretary/Treasurer of the group. During the period of October of 2007 to early 2008 Mr. Kimbrough chronically was late on his monthly dues or presented checks that were returned for insufficient funds. In June of 2008, Mr. Kimbrough was removed from the group. The circumstances regarding the removal started with a benefit he did for a charity group. The money that he collected in the group's name was never turned over to the charity. Mr. Kimbrough openly admitted that he used the money as his own. Regards, Laura L. To Whom it may concern: Ref: Stephen Kimbrough In a previous business I owned I had rendered services to Stephen Kimbrough a little over 2 1/2 years ago. I printed tickets for him for the CANN frestival and never received reimbursement from him for the invoice. He then shared with me that his finances were tight and wanted to know if I would barter with him. I had done printing for a non profit, 3 years ago, that had an arrangement with Stephen that he would do video for the sponsors of their event. We did their printing pro bono and expected a short video clip from Stephen on our business. His Barter offer to me was to make a few different videos fro my company the short one and a long one, a funny one and a serious one. After a year of chasing him to come out and make his agreement right with me he came to my business shut down my entire production for 9 hours while he video taped. I have never seen any video. Everytime I asked him he would just tell me "o man I'm working on it, your gonna love it, it's gnna kill them" or I would never hear from him. If you ahve any questions please feel free to contact me at 714-260-3373 Sincerely, Stacey O. Ernie L.
